General Terms of Service

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all bookings made via the online booking platform https://www.brainpower.center/book-online operated by eHealth Consulting GmbH (hereinafter the “Provider”). By making a booking, the customer agrees to these GTC.

2. Services

The Provider offers appointment booking on the platform for consultations, coaching, programs, courses, and similar services in the fields of health, eHealth, neuro-optimisation, and performance optimisation. The exact scope of services is set out in the respective offer description at the time of booking.

3. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is formed when the customer completes the booking process and receives a booking confirmation by email. This confirmation constitutes the binding acceptance of the contract.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All stated prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) unless otherwise indicated.
Payment is made in accordance with the payment methods specified during the booking process. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, payment is due in advance.

5. Cancellation and No-Show

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, unless stated otherwise in the offer. If the Provider cancels, the customer will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative appointment.
In the event of later cancellation or the customer’s failure to appear, the Provider reserves the right to charge 50% of the full amount. In this case, the customer bears any costs incurred by the payment service provider in processing the refund.

6. Customer Obligations

The customer undertakes to provide accurate information when booking and to appear on time for the agreed appointment. Delays may result in a shortened service without any entitlement to a price reduction.

7. Liability

The liability of eHealth Consulting GmbH is limited to intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, the Provider is liable only in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations and only up to the contract-typical, foreseeable damage. The services offered do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection legislation (DSG). Further information is available on the website's privacy policy.

9. Changes to the GTC

The Provider reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The version in force at the time of booking shall apply.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
